SUBMISSION DAY

I've finished my submissions for this term on Friday. i thought it would be this long and extremely arduous process, what with the NOC form and all, but the formalities got over surprisingly quickly. the sensation of the day was created by Nadkarni sir, who left the college at 10 a.m. and wouldn't come back even though Naik ma'am called him up. I mean, seriously, our submissions begin at 9, is it such a big deal if you wait in the college till 12?(though i really shouldn't be saying this-its like the pot calling the kettle black!! ) He just left within an hour. Result: most of the college hasn't got his signature on the certificate yet, and is cursing him to oblivion.
I suppose i should give Sharayu a treat or something, she was the one who told me to get Nadkarni's signature immediately after i arrived at 9:30- I managed to get it in the nick of time. anyways...this huge event in the semester calendar has finally ended and now that college is closed for the prep leave, we can finally study in peace.
